Modular: the product allows for profiling at various levels through which the Bank may define different product ranges, each with specific features, in order to better complete the offer:
Multi-company: the product allows for links to be created between the parent company and subsidiary companies allowing the parent company to interface, through a single access to the service, with all its subsidiaries.
Multi-language: the product is also available in English and German.
Multi-user: the product allows the customer to profile a number of users, with the opportunity to assign different functions to each of them. The product also allows for the number of bank accounts that each user may operate to be established.
Home page: the product allows the customer to customize their own Home Page with different types of content (informative, marketing,...). The content can be static or dynamic.
Reconciliation engine: the product has an automatic reconciliation function between the outcome information received and the original orders, both for the payment area and for the receipts area.
The reconciliation engine therefore allows the user to manage the complete process of a payment list and the orders contained in it, showing at all times, and on clear lists, the transaction status.
Import/export: the product allows for import transactions to be managed in deferred mode, relieving the user of a great deal of processing complexity, leaving just the upload and download operations. In order to comfortably manage the transfer of large quantities of data, a function is available which delivers information flows as they become available and deposits them completely automatically and autonomously into a system directory.
Security: the product involves various security mechanisms made available to the Customer, starting with the basic security system which involves an access password and an account password, generated by a specific device.
