Consorzio Triveneto, with a structure of over 150 resources and a turnover which contributes 15% to that of the group, operates throughout the whole national territory, primarily in the sectors of E-Money services–managing POS services and E-Commerce - and Corporate Banking in support of businesses.
The Consorzio Triveneto was established in 1990 in Padua, by a group of Banks, to provide telematics services to clientele, with the specific aim of dealing with the planning, provision and development of payment services, freeing its member Banks from all operational duties.
At the end of 2008, the Bassilichi group acquired a 51% share in Consorzio Triveneto and resolved upon its transformation into a Joint Stock Company; its current corporate structure is as follows:

This operation led to the establishment of a national centre for the E-Money sector, which is able to offer a wide range of services. The Company operates with a flexible structure made up of a small core of internal resources involved in the activities of planning, organization, co-ordination and control and by a group of outsourcing resources, working primarily in operational activities such as service delivery, technical assistance, and support.
